Accessibility Statement

The smac makes every effort to make its website https://www.smac.sachsen.de accessible.

The legal basis is the German Disability Equality Act (BGG), the Saxon Inclusion Act (SächsInklusG) and the Act implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on barrier-free access to websites and mobile applications of public authorities (Accessible Websites Act - BfWebG).

The standards for accessibility are the guidelines for accessible web content (WCAG – Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 at level AA, which were published as W3C Recommendation  (Web Standard) (criteria of the Eruopean standard EN 301 549, version 2.1.2) as well as the further developed BITV 2.0 (barrier-free Information Technology Regulation).

 

State of compatibility with the requirements

The website is currently not fully compatible with the technical requirements of BITV 2.0. The website will be revised in the future to further improve the accessibility of the site.

The following content is only partially accessible:

  • PDF documents
  • The navigation menu can only be used to a limited extent with a keyboard.
  • Not all links and graphics are meaningful and clearly named.
